tomato soup recipe! this is a slightly tangy soup, but depending on how much dairy and fat you want to eat it can easily be more creamy, just add more creme fraiche (/sour cream/greek yoghurt/cream.) it powers your metabolism, is propped with vitamines and protein, and is almost fat and carb free.
serves 2. you need:

1 can chopped tomatoes
2 small carrots, sliced
1 celery rib, chopped
1 tspn soy sauce
1 scallion, sliced
2 small garlic cloves, minced
vegetable stock
water
+
1 tbsp crème fraiche (or more if you want)
1 hard boiled egg
some broccoli

mix the tomatoes, vegetable stock, water and soy sauce in a saucepot and add the garlic. let it boil a bit, and use whatever spices you like. i used paprika, chili, garlic pepper, black pepper, salt, oregano and cayenne pepper. spices are very important when you’re making clean food because they enhance the flavors in your ingredients, and it keeps your food from being tasteless and dull. anyhow, add the rest of the vegetables except from the broccoli, you can steam or boil them in a separate saucepot if you, like me, want to add some more vitamines to this dish. leave the soup for a couple of minutes, and pour it into your soup bowl and add the hard boiled egg and the crème fraiche.
